Pastors

Calvary is blessed with two Pastors who share in the pastorial duties of the church.

v. B. Failes, Jr. has been serving churches for 24 years, and has been at Calvary for eleven years.

He and his wife Jan, have one son Britt. He loves to play golf, fish, and camp.

Rev. B. graduated from Candler School of Theology at Emory University with a Masters of Divinity.

His favorite movies are "Star Wars" and "Field of Dreams."

His favorite Bible verses are 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Following. "So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us. So we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us; we entreat you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God."

Rev. Sarah Locke is serving her first year at Calvary. She was licensed at annual conference in June 2010 and will be seeking ordination in the coming years.

Rev. Sarah graduated from William and Mary University and is a graduate of Duke Divinity School in Durham NC with a Masters of Divinity.

She and her husband Joseph have been married for three years, and are expecting thier first child in November.
