5 Practices of Fruitful Congregations

In 2009, Calvary will be prayerfully looking at Bishop Robert Schnase' book 5 Practice of Fruitful Congregations.

In Radical Hospitality, Passionate Worship, Intentional Faith Development, Risk-Taking Mission and Service, and Extravagent Generosity, Calvary will seek to be a fruitful congregation.

In worship and sermons during Epiphany, in studies, in short term classes, Sunday schools, at Church Council, and other meetings, we will look at these practices. We will challenge one another to practice these as we grow as disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world!

We are striving to be a fruitful church, and we will do those things that will help us produce fruit.
